1.1.      The Chair welcomed Members and members of the public to the meeting.

Robin Staines, Carmarthenshire County Council, agreed to provide further details on the steps taken by the Council to consult with tenants and prospective tenants ahead of the suspension of Right to Buy, including the number of prospective tenants consulted and the number of responses received, and the issues raised by respondents.
