2.2 The Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust agreed to provide:

·         a note on the number of employees paying union subscriptions by deduction of union subscriptions from wages (‘check-off’), and on the administrative costs involved;

·         a note to clarify the factors they would expect to be considered when determining the cost of disapplying the 40%ballot threshold requirement to the health service.
