1.1. The Committee discussed and agreed the draft report, subject to minor changes.

3.2. During the session the Minister for Housing and Regeneration agreed to provide a note on the Welsh Government’s reasoning behind the conclusion that front doors of flats are regarded as part of the common parts of the building, for the purposes of the Fire Safety Order.
