Discussion of response to letter from the Llywydd regarding the implementation of the Wales Act 2017

Minutes:

The Committee agreed to respond to the letter to inform the Llywydd that the date of the principal appointed day (PAD) should be 1 April 2018, not 6 April 2018 as stated in the letter from the Secretary of State for Wales, if the PAD is to coincide with the coming into force of the reserved powers model.
