3.1 Members received evidence from Geoff Ryall-Harvey, Chief Officer; Mark Thornton, Chair, and Garth Higginbotham, Vice-Chair, of the North Wales Community Health Council as part of their inquiry into Lessons learnt from the Governance Review of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

3.2 Geoff Ryall-Harvey agreed to send further information on:

· Programme of visits to mental health facilities since May 2017 along with any relevant reports;

· Data relating to numbers of agency staff employed in BCUHB mental health services; and

· A copy of the CHC’s Our Lives on Hold Report.
