Minutes:

Apologies were received from Carwyn Jones AM and Suzy Davies AM. Paul Davies AM attended as a substitute for Suzy Davies AM.

 

The Chair explained that due to unforeseen circumstances items 4, 7 and 8 on the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Bill had been postponed, and that the order of business for the meeting had been adjusted as a result.
