The Committee considered the petition for the first time and agreed to await the views of the petitioner on the Government’s response before determining how to progress the petition.

P-05-716 Free Train Transport for school pupils with Arriva Trains Wales

The Committee considered the petition for the first time and agreed to write to the Arriva Trains Wales to make them aware of the petition and seek their views on the issues raised, including the petitioner’s concern over safety on the platform at Treorchy station.

The Committee considered correspondence and a written statement published by the Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Rural Affairs, and agreed to seek the petitioner’s views on the statement before determining how to progress the petition.
