motion for debate on 6 December: NNDM6596 David Melding (South
Wales Central) To
propose that the National Assembly for Wales: 1. Notes
a proposal for a Bill to increase citizen participation in policy making in
Wales. 2.
Notes that the purpose of this Bill would be to improve the efficiency and
effectiveness of public services. ·

propose that the National Assembly for Wales: 1. Notes
a proposal for a Welsh Continuation Bill 2.
Notes that the purpose of this Bill would be to affirm the continuation in
Welsh law of all areas previously a matter of EU law that fall within the
legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with

propose that the National Assembly for Wales: 1.
Notes a proposal for an inclusive play Bill. 2.
Notes that the purpose of this Bill would be to improve inclusive play
opportunities by placing a duty on local authorities so that they must provide
play equipment that meet the needs of children with disabilities. |
