To propose that the National Assembly for
Wales:
1. Notes a proposal for a Bill to provide
an equal opportunities audit for firms in receipt of Welsh Government grants.
2. Notes that the purpose of this Bill
would be to:
a) improve and encourage equal opportunities
in the private sector in Wales; and
b) build on the findings of Fair Work
Wales: Report of the Fair Work Commission.
