Minutes:
The
Committee considered the guidance and agreed to write to and invite the Cabinet
Secretary for Finance and Local Government to give evidence to the Committee on
the use of ‘may’ ‘should’ and ‘must’ in guidance.
The
Committee agreed to report to the Assembly in line with the draft report.
