I do not believe parents should be subject to any further investigation for reasonable punishment of their child/ren. I believe that current legislation is sufficient to deal with punishment that is not reasonable. I wish to be free to smack my child in a loving environment. There is nothing unloving and supportive to a child's development, of this form of punishment for wrong doing.

I believe current legislation is already sufficient to support development of children and keeping children safe in their homes.

I do not think this bill should go forward at all. It will be damaging to families as a whole, put social services under greater pressure, and damage our society in Wales, because of this.
