Chaos! The police and social services will be inundated, overwhelmed by totally unnecessary complaints against parents simply trying to keep unruly children under control.

Children are children, they are not adults. This Bill pretends that they are adults and seeks to treat them in the same way. Children need discipline and the type of discipline most appropriate to the individual child should be assessed by a loving parent NOT THE STATE.
