Answer |
01 |
Yes If any other disorder is included, why is this an autism act, This is fine but it means it is now an act for adults with a disability, in other words it's a social services and well being act. so why are you bothering ? |
02 |
No either this is an autism act, or it's something else, this would mean anything |
03 |
No The aims cover a range of areas, some of which, such as employment, aren't even devolved, so how can all of this be left to LA and health boards. |
04 |
No |
09 |
No Why on earth would everyone need an assessment, this makes no sense ??? |
10 |
Yes Quite how a social worker is going to deliver a diagnosis is beyond me |
12 |
Not needing the services. This is horribly negative and demeaning to autistic adults. Why do you assume I NEED a service. |
13 |
Yes |
14 |
Yes, and the answer is nothing. How dare you collect information about me, do you do this to the rest of the population? No, you don't who gave you the right to do this |
15 |
It should be written on the Bill. It should say no, not with out my consent. Does teh phrase human rights no longer mean anything ?? |
16 |
No Should I be able to ask organisations for information about you ? No of course not. |
17 |
Not sure It doesn't say raising awareness of autism, it says awareness of needs. Who are you to say what my needs are. Why can't I be free to live my life ?? Why do you think I need to be "Supported" receive "services" when did I become a 2nd class citizen. |
18 |
Bad for people wanting things to be fair. Bad for me if it comes asking me for information. |
